Founded on August 19, 1990, in Loveland, Colorado, Coe Construction emerged under the leadership of Brian J. Coe. The company began with just two employees and embarked on its inaugural project, the construction of a Sbarro’s restaurant in Lakewood, California.
Under Brian's early guidance, Coe Construction swiftly expanded its operations, transitioning into office spaces and taking on various restaurant projects across the United States. In 1992, the company secured its first office project, and by 1993, it inked a significant contract with Lone Star to construct 15 new stores annually for the next 5 years.
A milestone in 1994 saw Coe Construction receiving its initial project in Loveland, CO. By 1995, the company had already undertaken its first project in Loveland, exceeding $20 million by the end of that calendar year.
By the turn of the century, Coe had successfully completed numerous projects, including restaurants, hotels, apartment complexes, office spaces, hospitals/Medical facilities, industrial buildings, and banks in the Northern Colorado region.
In 2005, Brian J. Coe transitioned from the role of president, passing the torch to Gregg Meisinger, who had risen through the ranks from senior project manager. Over the following 15 years, Gregg adeptly managed the company. Under his ownership, Coe Construction continued to thrive and expand its footprint in the construction industry.
